Dr. Connie Shim Middleton
Co-owner of Middleton Family Dentistry and the dentist behind our regenerative aesthetics vertical. Fort Wayne native, IU School of Dentistry graduate.
About Dr. Connie
Dr. Connie Shim Middleton grew up on Fort Wayne's southwest side and graduated from Homestead High School. She earned her undergraduate degree at DePauw University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2012 — on Dean's List throughout, and recipient of the Isaac Knapp Dental Education Foundation Scholarship.
She is co-owner of the practice and the physician behind its regenerative aesthetics vertical. She plans every new aesthetic case personally — PRF, microneedling, neuromodulators — against a full read of the face, not by the vial or the area.
She serves on the Young Dentist Committee and the board of the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society Committee. Outside practice: tennis, golf, and time with family.
