About Dr. Mat
Dr. Mat Middleton grew up in Norwell, about twenty-five minutes south of Fort Wayne, and returned home to build his practice. He is the dentist behind our implant cases and sedation-friendly appointments — the visits where precision and a calm chairside matter most.
Dr. Mat graduated near the top of his class from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2010 and has been practicing in the Fort Wayne area ever since. His training spans the full restorative spectrum, with a particular focus on implant surgery and restoration, complex reconstructions, and sedation dentistry. Like every doctor on the team, he works in same-day CAD/CAM ceramics and the GentleWave root canal system.
Outside the operatory, he travels, runs, and plays golf — and you are as likely to run into him around the community he grew up in as you are at the office.
