Most extractions are done with local anesthesia in our office. We use atraumatic techniques that preserve surrounding bone, which matters enormously if an implant is in your future.
Difficult surgical extractions and impacted wisdom teeth we refer to trusted oral surgeons. No ego about what belongs where.
