The
work.

A Middleton exam is not a five-minute inspection. We take digital intraoral imaging, check occlusion, screen for oral cancer, and review the condition of every existing restoration. Our hygienists use ultrasonic scaling paired with hand instrumentation — the mix that actually removes biofilm without micro-abrading enamel.

For patients who see us twice a year, decades of problems never happen. That is the work: caught early, addressed gently, resolved permanently.

  • Most patients benefit from a professional cleaning every six months. Patients with a periodontal history may be placed on a three- or four-month recall.
