The
work.

A Middleton exam is not a five-minute inspection. We take digital intraoral imaging, check occlusion, screen for oral cancer, evaluate the airway, and review the condition of every existing restoration. Our hygienists use ultrasonic scaling paired with hand instrumentation — the mix that actually removes biofilm without micro-abrading enamel.

For patients who see us twice a year, decades of problems never happen. That is the work: caught early, addressed gently, resolved permanently.

Covered by most PPOs. For patients without insurance, our in-office exam + cleaning is transparently priced.

  • Most patients benefit from a professional cleaning every six months. Patients with a periodontal history may be placed on a three- or four-month recall.
